Graduate Tutors for the KS2 Catch-Up Team
Our children are resilient, kind and funny. They deserve to make brilliant progress (last year, we were in the top 2% for progress in the country). The corona virus pandemic and subsequent lock down has meant that our children have missed out on vital experiences, learning and development. As such, the Government has announced a school catch up programme to help children close the gap.
We want our children to make the progress they deserve. We’re looking to recruit a small group of excellent graduates to join a dedicated catch-up tutor team for children in Key Stage 2.
If you are:
· A positive local role model who can inspire our fantastic children,
· Dedicated and passionate about learning,
· Nurturing, caring and enthusiastic.
Then we would love to hear from you.
As the positions are based on a short-term funded project, we will be open to lots of flexible options. We welcome applications from people looking for a few hours work every week or more. It could even be a temporary position for a few weeks or a longer term contract that spans up to a year. Tell us a little bit more about what you're looking for and we can work to find something that fits best for you and our wonderful children! The most important thing is that you're engaged and ready to help our children catch up.
As a school, we can offer you a dynamic and exciting place to work. We are a hard-working, fun team that is often described as a family. You can see a little bit more about how our staff team work here https://www.bowlingpark.school/staff-information.
